On time. Welcomed with pleasantries. Some repetitive paperwork but that’s minor. Nurse = awesome. Dr Abay is professional, knowledgeable, takes the time necessary to listen and explains things plainly. Scheduling a procedure after the visit was easy and smooth. Other doctors offices could take a lesson here.

Dr. Abay is very attentive and answers all questions and concerns in consultation. Have had several successful procedures over past 10 years.
