I needed an appointment and was able to be seen within a few days. Faiza was excellent at listening to my issues and ordering tests while explaining the process thoroughly. All the staff were pleasant from phone to in office.
I had an in office appointment, but had become ill over the weekend. They were able to change my office visit to a telehealth visit on the spot, so it wouldn’t be necessary to reschedule for another day.

The entire staff from the receptionist to the medical assistance to the doctors and the anesthesiologist were above and beyond in their kindness. They are absolutely great with people and that goes a long way, especially when you’re walking through that door not knowing what type of medical condition you might come home with. It was very refreshing and I will definitely recommend them in the future.

From walking in the door and checking in, and then being called into the exam room by the medical assistant to being seen everyone treated me with the most professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly treatment one could ask for walking into what could be a rather nerve racking specialist office. Not only was everything explained to me as to what the next steps were and the time involved for any further testing to getting results, but when they were talking to me they spoke to me instead of talking at me. They LISTENED to my symptoms, answered any questions, and took a genuine interest in making sure I walked out of my appointment at ease and informed. As for scheduling a routine procedure/exam they made it as easy and painless as possible. I'm happy that my primary care physician recommended this office. I highly recommend if you find yourself in need of a GI Dr. That you give this office extreme consideration. 5 star service all around, I'd give more stars if it were an option!
