I-91 North or South
Take Exit 35B (Route 218). Go west on Rte. 218, Cottage Grove Road, past the Copaco Plaza and across the railroad tracks. Take left at the light onto Northwestern Drive. Proceed to Bldg #6, Suite 302.

From West Hartford:
Follow North Main Street. This turns into Cottage Grove Road. Turn right onto Northwestern Drive past Cigna. Proceed to Bldg. #6, Suite 302.

*IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR AN ENDOSCOPY/COLONOSCOPY, THE CT ENDOCENTER IS LOCATED AT 4 NORTHWESTERN DRIVE.

Our Care Centers are open Monday through Friday. Please call our Care Centers directly for hours of operation.
Please fill out paperwork on our Patient Portal prior to your first visit.
