From Route 190:
Take Route 190 to the hospital. When you drive onto the hospital grounds. Go to the far right side of the building and park by the Emergency Dept. Enter through the Emergency Room Entrance and look for the sign that say SAME DAY SURGERY.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
