The facility was clean, staff was so friendly. DR. Potasbinsky was friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained in depth what he was thinking, what he wanted to do next, and what I should do. (Dietary wise) he was very informative and help to keep me calm.
I saw Jennifer Mills right on time for my appointment. She’s very professional very kind person. Asked questions and listened to my answers. I did not feel rushed at all for my appointment. She seems to be the one that is going to find the answers to my problems. I look forward to my next appointment with her. I am looking to have the answers to what I’ve been having so many problems with in the past years. I also wanna wish her well with her pregnancy by the next time I see her, she will have had her baby.

Waiting room generous in size. Clean. Front stall courteous and friendly. Appointment was right on time. Dr shamberg was fantastic. Gave all the time I needed to ask my questions. Very helpful and gave me suggestions on how to approach my problem. Very pleased with the visit.

I just had my 1st colonoscopy today 2/28/25.
I just arrived home and feel really good considering it’s only been an hour since I’ve been home.
I’d like to thank Dr Lillo, the anesthesiologist ( I don’t remember his name but he was excellent and reassuring, took his time and answered all my questions) and all the nurses and assistants during my procedure.
It was an excellent experience ( as far as a colonoscopy could be) and I would highly recommend this office. They were on time, efficient and informative. I will definitely return ( albeit, I wish I didn’t have to :) )

Gabriel Umbehr PA was very friendly. This was my first time seeing him. He listened to my concerns, and he has a great bedside manner. All the staff I encountered on my visit were very friendly towards me.
Everyone was so nice, the staff looked like they actually enjoyed working there and were very nice to me. I was extremely Happy with how they treated me and helped me with my situation. A++

The doctor Rohit Singhania is very professional and he takes the time out to go over any concerns that the patient needs.
The doctor assured me and made me more comfortable about having a colonoscopy.. He showed a short video showing how this procedure is done.
I feel if anyone is looking for a doctor to perform their colonoscopy please contact Connecticut GI in Manchester, Connecticut because Doctor Rohit Singhania will be able to help you move forward and make the right decision to have your colonoscopy done..
The doctor takes the time to show you compassion and he understands the importance of your health and why you should have an colonoscopy..
