I totally recommend Dr. Bloom.. He has a great personality and totally did his job answering my questions and communicating in detail about my situation. I was in a serious situation and this gastroenterologist knows what he is doing.
Dr. Bloom’s office is the one to go to for your G.I. issues. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Bloom will sit with me until my questions are answered. He takes the time to listen.
Dr. Bloom was excellent at explaining the procedure and other options. From our discussion, it did not sound like my condition was as serious as I thought. We discussed trying another option before trying the banding which I do appreciate. It was very informative and educational.

I would definitely recommend Dr Bloom to family and friends. He is understanding, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He doesn't treat you like a number. He is aware of your medical history, takes time to explain things so you can understand and comes up with a plan of treatment.

Dr. Bloom was very patient and understanding about my fear that having a colonoscopy prep could possibly cause a seizure due to fast change of my normal food intake and possible weakening of my medications. He was helpful in prescribing an alternate route to test for colon issues and I appreciate that.
