Often time when I go to see a doctor they do not take the time listen to me as a patient. It’s always a two minute conversation with an hour wait time to my surprise, Dr. Scott Kramer was not like that .
He very polite and took his time to explaining everything to me in a very patient manner .That kind of care from a doctor is hard to come by.

I had a great visit. The office looks great but more importantly the visit was efficient. The front desk, MA and Dr. Kramer made it all a great experience.
Dr Kramer is 5 star for knowledge, service and responsiveness. I like his sensible approach to issues and he does not rush you out the door. I find the whole practice to be well managed and runs efficiently. I typically get an appointment quickly and the portal is great.
The doctor, Scott Kramer M.D., not surprisingly, has turned out to be an excellent referral! He interviewed me at length, listened thoughtfully, and came up with an initial plan of treatment that will address and help fix my digestive problems. He also gave me clear guidance on diet and meal timing. He has been so thorough.

I really like Dr. Kramer…. I have been through 4 gastroenterologist in this group over the last 33+ years!!!!! He is kind, compassionate and thorough!!!!! I would make one suggestion for their telephone system…. after listening to all the choices..I picked 8…. Procedure today or tomorrow…. When that ext picks up, it kind of puts you on hold, (they are busy and I appreciate and understand that), but this ext ialso has to do with scheduling…. Maybe could say. Press one if your procedure is today…two for all others…….. if I had gotten a return call quickly I might have known the answer to an important question…actually two…. We were on the parkway..and still didn’t know if I was going to be able to have the procedure or not…………
